EASY RETURNS             

Jazzy Bow Ties  strives to provide exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we gladly accept returns or will exchange any new, unused bow tie; within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or merchandise credit..

No refunds after 30 days of purchase. 

When you request a refund, please allow 30 days for a credit to appear on your Pay Pal statement or credit card. Please include a copy of your invoice.
